Sheng Puerh Tea
From The Wuliang Mountains, Yunnan Province, China.
This tea is grown organically!
This tea comes from trees thought to be several hundred years old, growing in an excellent environment in the mountains. Good processing to the tea, and a good, clean storage. Giving a bright taste and rich mouthfeel with a clean green freshness, slight earthy hints with a lasting sweetness.
Harvested in Spring, March/April '18 in the remote villages of the Wuliang Mountains. Then later pressed and stored in Yunnan.
With care, prise the cake apart using a sharp knife or pick. Gently prise the required amount of leaves from the cake, taking care not the break the leaves. Then separate into loose leaves, and you're ready to brew.
