An Excellent high quality, spring, hand processed tea, light amber in colour. A mellow, clean soft and fresh flavour, with a touch of smokiness and earth. Thick mouthfeel with a lingering sweetness. 6 years since pressing, smoother and richer with age.
This tea is produced from trees around 300 - 400 years old.
