Silver Needle / / Yin Zhen Bai Hao
From Fuding, Fujian Province, China.
Silver Needle is regarded as China's finest tea. Being the highest grade of White tea, only the freshest, newly formed unopened buds are hand picked from the tea plant, still with a silver downiness. With very little processing picked and then slowly sun dried. Creating a soft and gentle infusion. Light in colour and subtly floral with a pleasant creamy mouthfeel.
High grown in the magic mountains of China's Fujian Province where growing tea and inventing tea processes has been one of the most important industries since the dawn of time.
