SECURE ORDERS

Ordering is simple, easy and secure. View and add items to your basket - you will be able to remove items, change quantities and select postage options at the checkout before your order is processed.

We can accept payments from Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Delta, Solo and American Express. All our payments are made via a secure payment system so we do not have direct access to your personal card details. Your confidential information is automatically encrypted in transit from your computer to ours.

When you place an order we need to know your name, email address and delivery address, we only use this information to process your order - creating an account with us is optional and can make your shopping experience easier and more personal, you can also choose to receive information from us which includes special offers and competitions.

We are committed to protecting your privacy, we will not sell, trade or rent your personal information to anybody else.

DELIVERY

We deliver worldwide. Our webshop is currently set up to calculate postage rates to over 30 countries, please email us if you are somewhere else and we'll update our information for you.

We dispatch everything promptly and post using Royal Mail, our aim is for all UK orders to arrive in 3 to 5 business days, European orders in 3-8 business days and Everywhere-else on the globe in 6-10 business days.

P&P costs are calculated based on size and weight.

We use sturdy cardboard boxes, tissue paper and compostable packing sausages to ensure your items are safe in transit.

GIFTS

If you have purchased a Tea Club subscription as a gift we can send the first instalment to arrive on the special day with the following instalments then continuing to arrive as normal.

Just include a note on the payment page, or email us when you complete the transaction and we'll reply to confirm that we've received the special instruction.

HAPPINESS

We want you to be really happy with your purchase from our shop, if something arrives in a faulty condition please let us know immediately so we can help. We will need you to return the item to us so we may send a replacement or issue a refund, all of which we aim to complete within 30 days.
